Beautiful! We had a light snow Xmas Eve, which was nice, because it's not really Xmas without snow. Then, the day after Xmas, the 26th, the winter storm marched through. It wasn't nearly as bad as predicted, thank god, since I had to make my slippery way into work, but it did dump a good 6-8 inches of the white stuff upon us.It's rather festive. I'm a big fan of fall and winter. Love me some falling leaves and some falling snow.Merry winter, Maggie! Your photographs are really lovely.
I love fall and winter, too. In order: fall, spring, winter, summer. We didn't get any snow on Christmas, but it started about 1:00 AM on the 26th, and we were supposed to get about 8" (which would have been fine with me as long as I did not have to drive!), but we only got about 2-4". I'm glad you like the photos. I sure wish I could find my manual so I could start getting some better shots, but these turned out ok. I just wish they looked the way that my eyes see things. Those cedar branches covered in snow with frozen droplets were just beautiful!Merry winter to you, too!
